Small Sticks Hockey Coaching

The whole school enjoyed the Small Sticks Hockey Programme.  Gary and Matthew from H.B.Hockey were great! They have inspired many Puketapu kids to play hockey for our school.  We have never had so many team as we do this year.  We have 6 teams - 2 Y3/4 teams, 1 Y5/6 team and 3 Y7/8 teams.
Gary and Matthew had us play heaps of modified games to suit our level and that taught us the fundamental skills of dribbling, passing and stopping the ball.
